Privacy Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026 • Last Updated: 2026
1. Introduction & Absolute Privacy Commitment
At ToolsHub (accessible via toolshub.numbriv.com), user privacy is not an afterthought—it is the foundation of our engineering architecture. Unlike conventional online multi-tool platforms, ToolsHub processes all data and documents entirely within your browser client.
2. What Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do NOT receive, collect, or store your uploaded files: When you compress an image, merge a PDF, or format code, that file never touches our web servers. Computation occurs via your browser's local JavaScript virtual machine.
- We do NOT store your input text or calculations: Any text, SQL queries, regex patterns, or financial figures entered into ToolsHub remain strictly in your browser session memory.
- We do NOT record your IP address or create fingerprint profiles.
3. Local Storage Usage
ToolsHub utilizes browser localStorage solely for functional preferences:
toolnest_theme: Stores your chosen visual theme (Dark or Light mode).toolnest_cookie_consent: Remembers whether you have acknowledged our privacy and cookie notification.
You may clear this data at any time through your browser's history or cookie settings.
4. Third-Party Libraries and External Connections
All scripts included on ToolsHub operate locally on your computer. When optional CDN resources (such as Google Fonts or PDF-Lib) are referenced, your browser may connect to those content delivery networks to download static files. These requests can expose your IP address and browser information to the provider; its privacy policy applies.
5. Future Advertising & AdSense Compliance
ToolsHub may in the future display non-intrusive advertisements (such as Google AdSense). If and when advertising is enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits. Google may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses and other identifiers to collect and use information for ad delivery and measurement. Learn how Google uses information from partner sites or manage personalization in My Ad Center. Advertising is currently disabled. Before enabling it, we must update this policy for the actual integration and provide the consent and privacy controls required for the visitors we serve. The local storage notice is not advertising consent.
6. Privacy Choices
Tool inputs are processed in your browser. Local processing alone does not establish compliance with every privacy law: hosting providers, external resources, and any future advertising integration may process personal information. You can clear local preferences through your browser settings. Before advertising launches, applicable consent, withdrawal, and opt-out controls must be implemented.
